At Made by Elle, we strive to ensure every customer is happy with their purchase. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help!
Returns Eligibility
Return Period: Items must be returned within 14 days from the date of delivery. Unfortunately, we cannot process returns beyond this period.
Return Conditions: We only accept returns for items that are:
- Damaged: If your item arrives damaged.
- Incorrect: If you receive an incorrect item, please get in touch asap so this can be rectified.
Returns and Exchanges
- We only accept returns for damaged or incorrect items.
- If you receive an item that is damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us immediately at personalisedbyelle@outlook.com with your order details and photos of the issue.
- We will work quickly to rectify the problem by either sending you a replacement once the item has been returned to us.
- Once the issue is verified, we will cover the shipping costs to return the item and send the corrected product.
Return Shipping
- When sending back a damaged or incorrect item, we recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Made by Elle is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Please Note
- We do not accept returns or provide refunds for items that are not damaged or incorrect.
- Personalised or custom items are non-returnable unless they are faulty or incorrect.
